Amelia Evans

Naturopath

With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and more than a decade in clinical practice, Amelia is passionate about helping clients regain their energy, confidence and vitality through personalised, evidence-informed protocols that meets each person where they are.
Amelia’s journey into naturopathy began with her own health struggles. Years of persistent digestive issues and feeling overlooked led her to a ‘last resort’ naturopathic consultation. This transformative experience changed her life and inspired a career dedicated to helping others discover that feeling well is possible at any age.

As a certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, Amelia is passionate about using personalised nutrition to restore metabolic health and help clients achieve lasting results. Rather than focusing on restrictive diets or quick fixes, she empowers her clients with practical, sustainable strategies that improve energy, support healthy weight management and build long-term wellbeing.

Amelia has a particular passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. She understands that this stage of life can bring frustrating changes, including weight gain, fatigue, poor sleep and hormonal fluctuations, and she enjoys helping women navigate these challenges with confidence. Her goal is to help clients feel strong, energised and in control of their health again.
Outside the clinic, you'll usually find Amelia hiking with her dog, embracing the adventures of parenting three children, reading in the sunshine or enjoying a swim at the beach.

Megan Jones

Nutritionist

Megan is a university qualified nutritionist, registered with ATMS, also holding an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine at Nature Care College.

Having worked in the nutrition and yoga spaces for over 10 years, Megan's own

personal health journey began even earlier and unveiled for her strong desire to learn more, and to be able to understand the link between our individual biology, our health, and chronic disease. This curiosity and passion has cultivated a deep understanding of the science behind nutrition and its impact on overall health.

Megan sees each individual client as unique, and understands that a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition may not yield the best results. Instead, Megan works collaboratively with clients to deliver advice and develop customised nutrition plans aligned with their individual goals, lifestyles, and preferences.

When not in clinic, you will find Megan enjoys spending time outdoors and in nature with her 2 besties - her daughter and her border collie!
