It is has a delicate nutty taste, and is incredibly simple to cook! It’s a great addition to salads, stews and soups. White quinoa has a more subtle flavour and is slightly more fluffy when cooked than tri colour quinoa.

Directions for Use
Measure 1 cup of quinoa.
* Rinse under cold water, to remove any saponins. (It’ll have a bitter taste if not removed)
* Place the rinsed quinoa and 1 ½ cups broth or water in a saucepan, with a pinch of salt.
* Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes or until water absorbed.
* Turn off heat and wait for 5 minutes before removing lid and fluffing quinoa with a fork.
