Directions for Use
The buckwheat kernel sometimes referred to as a pseudo cereal is milled to produce a nutty flavoured flour. It is denser than regular whole flours, so it is generally not recommended for bread making unless you mix half and half with another wheat-free flour.
Best used to make delicious pancakes, cakes, muffins, biscuits, breakfast cereals and pizza bases.
