Best used for all types of cooking including as a dressing. Melrose Macadamia Oil is light in colour and has a delicately buttery flavour. Its nutty aroma enhances both warm and cold dishes.
When to use this oil? Drizzle over salads, cooking at medium temperatures, as a finishing oil and perfect for desserts.
Smoke point – Medium. Can be heated to approximately 210°C.
