Our Returns and Refunds Policy

Go Vita Springwood Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Go Vita Springwood will offer you a store credit or refund provided that:

You return the item/s within 28 days of purchase;

You produce either your original Go Vita Springwood receipt or other adequate proof of purchase;

The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:

- It is in its original packaging, with all contents inside and intact;

- It is unopened, unused and in its original condition; and

The product is not one where a change of mind return is not available (see below).

If these requirements are not satisfied Go Vita Springwood reserves the right not to offer a store credit or refund for change of mind returns.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Go Vita Springwood will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy:

  • Makeup and personal beauty products
  • Refrigerated or frozen items
  • Underwear
  • Essential oils
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable food items e.g. bread
  • Custom ordered products e.g. made to order water filter units

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.

Other returns

Go Vita Springwood will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, store credit or refund where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and

You can present your Go Vita Springwood receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Go Vita Springwood may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s supplier to determine the nature of the problem. Go Vita Springwood reserves the right not to offer a store credit, refund or replacement where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Proof of purchase

Returns, refunds or exchanges requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • The Go Vita Springwood receipt, or you may provide a clear photo of the full Go Vita Springwood register receipt, which must include the barcode;
  • If you are a Go Vita Springwood member, your membership history can be referred to.
  • Financial statement such as a credit card statement or a bank statement (however, when the proof of purchase does not clearly itemise the goods, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required).

Note

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method;

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Go Vita Springwood website (www.govitaspringwood.com.au) and Click and Collect

Products ordered through Go Vita Springwood Online or via Click and Collect can be returned to the Go Vita Springwood store, with proof of purchase.
For change of mind returns or exchanges, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

If you have purchased via our online store and are not able to return the product to the store, you are able to ship it back to us. We will refund you the all shipping costs providing the following criteria is met:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description and;

You provide a copy of the shipping receipt.
